Friday 21st June 2019, 6.00pm to 8.30pm

Location: Where Inspiration Blooms, The Barn, Chartridge Lodge, Chesham HP5 2TU

Workshop details

During this time of year the local hedgerows and fields are abundant with medicinal plants, providing herbalists with the opportunity make wonderful natural medicine for a wide range of ailments.

Join Medical Herbalist Kristine De Block (BSc Hons) on Friday 21st June 2019 at ‘Where Inspiration Blooms’ for a short herbal walk where we will talk about the folklore surrounding Midsummer’s Eve and find out how to identify some of the local herbs and trees used in herbal medicine. We will then have a cup of herbal tea and discuss the best ways to treat seasonal health issues with herbal medicine.

This is a very hands-on session and you will learn to make some of your own seasonal herbal preparations to take home with you at the end of the workshop. All materials and comprehensive notes are provided, so you can just get on and enjoy your time at the Barn.

Book early to avoid disappointment, as there are only 10 spaces available for this workshop:

I am taking a little break from my markets to look after our newborn son. All my usual products are still available from my online shop or from my home by arrangement:, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
