Plant-based Medicine: Health and Education

Modern life can be amazing, but also comes with its challenges. We all lead busy lives and run on empty too often.

Tiredness is one of the main symptoms I hear about in my practice. Clients would like to feel more energised, improve their immunity and sleep, deal with hormonal changes such as menopausal symptoms. They want t help clear up  allergies, digestive problems, skin issues and much more. Often, they  just want an overall health check-up, and a tonic for wellbeing.

Have you considered plant-based medicine?

Herbal medicine is the oldest and still the most widely used system of medicine in the world today. It is medicine made exclusively from plants. It is used in all societies and is common to all cultures, and is increasingly being validated by scientific investigation which seeks to understand the active chemistry of the plant.

I offer private consultations from my fully stocked herbal clinic in the Chilterns, using herbal tinctures, teas, capsules, creams and much more for a wide range of health concerns, as well as offering guidance on diet, lifestyle, supplements etc.

Due to the current situation and guidelines, I am offering telephone and video consultations only with a postal, collection or drop-off service for medicines prescribed.

I am also an educator, and offer a wide range of online courses at the moment. Once restrictions ease, I will again offer herbal walks, talks and face to face workshops,

Choosing someone to help with your health journey is a very personal decision, so please feel free to call me for an initial no obligation chat. I can’t answer my telephone while I am with patients,  so please leave a message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Best wishes,

Kristine
