At the heart of my work is a love for nature, a belief in sustainability, and a passion for helping others connect with the land and its gifts. I prioritise ethical, local herb sourcing and believe that deepening our relationship with nature inspires us to care for it more thoughtfully.
When I’m not teaching, blending remedies, or hosting events, you’ll find me exploring the beautiful Chilterns with my family, hunting for vintage treasures, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a cup of herbal tea.
